The International Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TěKA) of Turkey, in collaboration with the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and the appropriate Palestinian authorities, provided a sum of eight hundred and fifty thousand dollars to ensure that hospitals and wastewater pumping stations were able to obtain fuel.

2. Assistance with Food in Times of Emergency:

Turkey responded to a request for emergency food assistance made by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) by delivering 10,000 tons of flour to the Gaza Strip.

3. The distribution of pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies:

Another seven hundred thousand dollars has been set aside by TěKA in order to assist in the immediate delivery of medical supplies and equipment to Gaza.
