The top most floor is numbered seven, but not necessarily in the same order. Each of them likes a different flowers, viz Rose, Lotus, Marigold, Jasmine, Hibiscus, Lily, Orchids but not necessarily in the same order.
The one who likes Marigold lives on an even-numbered floor but not on floor number six. Only two persons live between A and the one who likes Marigold. Only one person lives between A and D. D do not like Lily. A lives on an odd-numbered floor above the floor on which Marigold lives. G likes Hibiscus. F lives on the floor numbered four and likes Orchids. The one who likes Lily lives on third floor. A likes neither Jasmine nor Lotus. The one who likes Lotus lives on the top-most floor. C likes neither Marigold nor lives on an odd-numbered floor.
