Where will the party take place?
As part of the celebrations for the 76th Army Day, a big parade will take place in Lucknow on January 15.
Lucknow was chosen because it is in the middle of northern India and has a long past with the Indian military.

Grand Parade: There is a big parade that shows how strong and well-trained the Indian Army is.
March Past: The Army’s different groups walk in a line to show that they are one.
Fly Past: The Army’s planes and helicopters fly over in really cool patterns.
Memorial to Veterans: People remember and thank the soldiers who have served our country and are now retired.
Show of Culture: There are dances, music, and shows about the past of the Army.
