PCB has announced Doha, Qatar as the venue for hosting the inaugural edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) that will be held from February 4-24 2016. The same was told in a media conference on Lahore.
First edition of the PSL would have five teams from
- Karachi- Karachi Super Stars
- Lahore- Lahore Warriors
- Faisalabad –Faisalabad Rangers
- Sialkot-Sialkot Smashers
- Peshawar.- Royal Kings Peshawar
These five teams are scheduled to play 24 matches next year. Lague will have a collective prize purse of upto USD one million dollar. The Capitans are yet to be declare.
