No More Tension Mobile app launched

Union health minister J.P. Nadda launched “no more tension” mobile app to help- manage stress. The app, according to the health minister, will help users manage stress by providing appropriate information, symptoms, and its management on stress.

Jagat Prakash Naddais an Indian politician. He is currently the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfareand member of Rajya Sabha from Himachal Pradesh and Parliamentary Board Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party.Earlier, he was a Minister in Himachal Pradesh Government.
He was born on 2 December 1960 in a Brahmin family to Dr. Narain Lall Nadda and Shrimati Krishna Nadda. He was educated at St. Xaviers School, Patna. Thereafter he did his B.A. from Patna College, Patna University and LL.B. from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
