Vausndra Raje launched School on Wheels

To spread awareness regarding education among the nomadic and tribal children, a NGO has come up with a mobile library-cum-school called ‘schools on wheels’ (SOW). Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje launched ‘school on wheels’ which is also consists of a library unit. SOW has been set up by an NGO, Tabar Society.

The van that attempts to educate nomadic and tribal children will be on the move and cover various districts of Jaipur, including villages of Luniwas and Goner area. Short audio and video stories using a projector will be shown as a part of the program to children, especially from ‘Gardiya Lohar’ and ‘Ghumantu’ community.
