Sebi ordered defreezing of bank, demat accounts of Gemini Communications

SEBI has finally ordered defreezing of bank and securities accounts of Gemini Communications after it recovered pending dues of over Rs 11 lakh. Accordingly, the regulator has directed banks and depositories to defreeze the accounts of the company. The total dues were Rs 11,30,534 from Gemini Communications which has been recoverea as full and final payment. The dues included interests, all costs, charges and expenses.
