Reasoning Quiz for IBPS| SBI – 293

Eight directors of different horror movies, viz. The Conjuring, The Descent, I Saw the Devil, The Devil’s Rejects, The House of the Devil, Dawn of the Dead, Shadow of the Vampire and Evil Dead, are sitting in two parallel rows containing four directors each, in such a way that there is an equal distance between adjacent directors. In row 1, Neil Marshall, Kim Jee Woon, James Wan and Elias Merhige are sitting and all of them are facing north. In row 2, Ti West, Fede
Alvarez, Zack Synder and Rob Zombie are sitting and all of them are facing south.
Therefore, in the given seating arrangement each member sitting in a row faces another member of the other row. The director of The House of the Devil faces the one who is on the immediate left of James Wan. James Wan is neither the director of The Descent nor of I Saw the Devil. An immediate neighbour of Ti West faces the director of The Conjuring. The director of Dawn of the Dead faces the person who is on the immediate left of the director of The Descent.

There is only one person sitting between the director of The Descent and Shadow of the Vampire but that director is not Neil Marshall. The director of The Descent and I Saw the Devil are not sitting at the extreme ends. Fede Alvarez sits on the immediate left of the director of The House of the Devil. Director of The Devil’s Rejects and Dawn of the Dead are immediate neighbours. Zack Synder and Kim Jee Woon are not sitting at any of the ends. Elias Merhige faces
the one who is sitting on the immediate right of the director of Dawn of the Dead. Ti West is not the director of Dawn of the Dead or The Devil’s’s Rejects.
